The 2021 festive season got well and truly underway at St Anne’s today, when Mikele Addis and his team from Donatello’s delivered a fabulous four-course Christmas dinner. More than 40 of our regular clients tucked into prawn cocktail, roast turkey with roasties, chipolatas and veg, followed by Italian Christmas cake, cheese and grapes.

A massive thank you to Mikele and his amazing team (pictured above) 💕💕 – and we are so grateful that today gave us all an opportunity to remember Sue Addis, who was such a generous friend and supporter to St Anne’s over many years. As you can see from the pictures below, everyone totally loved their lunch, and really enjoyed the chance to come together after such a challenging year.

New kitchen manager Siobhan and our trusty team of volunteers decorated the hall from top to bottom. Thanks to everyone who came for making it a great start to the Christmas season!

More thanks go to Suzie from Mac’s Farm (below), who has donated a brilliant BIG Christmas tree to us – you’ll be able to see it soon, decorated and twinkling in the lobby at the Centre.

And there’s more to come… don’t forget, we’ve got karaoke carols at Somerset Centre garden on December 18th – come along for a singalong from noon till 3pm. Everyone welcome!
